Golf Outing
9:00 AM shotgun start, 4-person scramble format, pick-up bogies
$125 per golfer, includes 18 holes with cart and banquet dinner
Must register for a foursome
$125 deposit due at time of registration with balance due May 31, 2026
Includes bloody Mary, turn lunch, and banquet dinner
Hole-in-one, closest to the pin, and longest drive contests
Silent Auction, Chance Raffle, and 50/50 at banquet
Banquet
$40 person - dinner only (no golf)
No tickets at door, advanced purchase only
Awards ceremony
Silent Auction, Chance Raffle, and 50/50
Banquet 3:00 pm - 7 pm
Doors open at 2 pm for golfers to wander in as they finish golfing - feel free to come early and begin bidding on silent auction and putting raffle tickets in your desired prize bags
Dinner at 3:30 pm

Look here for a list of available sponsorships and donation opportunities. Proceeds from the golf outing and banquet will go towards the Hannah R. Winkler Memorial Fund. Your support will help provide scholarships for local high-school seniors, extra-curricular classes for local children, and various supports for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities - all platforms near and and dear to Hannah’s heart.
5th Annual Outing
The most successful outing to date! Five hard years without Hannah, but five years of all of our wonderful sponsors, volunteers, friends, and golfers supporting us. Thank you to everyone who continues to show up and give back to our community through Hannah’s memorial fund.

In 2024, the Elk Lodge #343 welcomed us for a great outing. We had wonderful weather and broke our previous record for fundraising. Thank you for our most successful event to date!
